A match clock you can read in one glance.
Referee+ times periods, stoppage and breaks on your wrist, and buzzes when time is nearly up and when it is up. Your eyes stay on play.
From kick-off to full time, step by step.
The screen layout never moves. End is always small at the top. The action you use most is always the big button at the bottom. The physical button takes you back.
Pick your sport
Open Referee+ and tap Football, Basketball, Handball or Ice hockey. Every sport's clock is free.
Pick the format
Choose the age group or competition, for example Adult 2×45 or U13 2×30. The format you used last is highlighted in green, so a weekly fixture is one tap.
Tap Kick-off at the whistle
The clock turns green and starts. Football counts up from 00:00. Basketball, handball and ice hockey count down from the period length, for example 10:00.
Stop tallies lost time
When play stops for an injury or delay, tap Stop. In football the match clock never stops: it stays green and keeps running, and a yellow outlined box counts the time lost. Tap Play when play restarts. The total appears as "Added 2 min", ready to signal to the fourth official or announce.
Pause freezes the clock
In countdown sports, Pause is a real stop. The digits freeze and turn yellow, and a solid yellow PAUSED bar appears. Tap Resume to restart the clock.
Feel the end coming
Two short buzzes mean one minute left. Four buzzes mean the period is over. The clock then holds at the period length in white, and a red box counts the time played beyond it. Your added time sits on the line above.
End the period with two taps
At the final whistle of the period, tap End at the top. It turns into a red Sure? for three seconds; tap it again to confirm. If you don't, it goes back to End. A stray tap can never end a half.
Half-time runs itself
The break counts down in white, with the next period shown below. Four buzzes when the break is over; a red box counts any overrun. Tap Start to begin the next period. In football the 2nd half starts at 45:00.
Full time
After the last period, the watch shows the final time and the added time for each half. Tap Done to return to the sport list. With Pro, the match report is already on its way to your phone.
Left the app mid-match?
The match keeps going. Open Referee+ again and the green Resume match row at the top shows the period and live clock. Tap it to return to the match screen.
Four states, recognisable without reading.
Each state changes the clock colour, the box under the clock and the bottom button together, so it reads in sunlight, rain or floodlights, and without relying on colour alone. Yellow and red mean what they mean on a card.

The notebook, on your wrist.
Log the match as it happens, in four taps, without taking your eyes off play for long. The event's time is taken the moment you tap the clock.
Something happened
Tap the big clock during play or a break. The clock keeps running underneath, and the buzzes still come. With Pro the score sits next to End.
Home or Away
Two big buttons. The minute is already stamped at the top: 64', or 45+2' in added time, or HT at half-time.
The event
Four tiles, in the sport's own words. Football: Goal, Sub, Yellow, Red. Handball: Goal, 2 min, Yellow, Red. Ice hockey: Goal, Minor 2, Major 5, Misconduct. Basketball: Foul, Timeout, Tech, Disq.
The shirt number
A number pad with big keys. A substitution asks for the player going off, then the one coming on. No number? Tap OK anyway.
Penalty timers run themselves
Suspensions and penalties count down under the clock, team and shirt number on each: H7 1:24. They freeze when the clock is paused and carry into the next period.
Undo last
Tap the score to see every event, latest first. Undo last removes the most recent one.
Full time. The report is on your phone.
At the final whistle the match goes to the Zepp app on your phone over Bluetooth: the score, every event by minute and the added time per half. Tap Copy summary and paste it into the official report. Your last 20 matches are kept. Nothing goes online.
$4.99 once. No subscription.
The clock is free in every sport. Pro adds the paperwork: log goals, cards, substitutions and penalties with shirt numbers, see the score and penalty timers on the watch, and get the match report on your phone. One purchase covers up to 3 watches.
